We strictly follow all the rules, verify its authenticity and ensure its accuracy and then make the goods and services available on this website. *However, if you want to return or exchange some items for any reason, terms and conditions for the same are as follows. 1) If you want to return an item, you should contact our customer service center via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. No complaints after 48 hours will be taken into consideration. 2) Please contact us at dukankisan@gmail.com to register your complaint. 3) To contact us for return below things are necessary: – Give your order number. Date of transaction. Details of the goods and services you have availed. And the reason for returning the goods. 4) If Kisan Dukan distributes the wrong goods, you will be notified within 8 to 10 days after the return of the goods reaches our company office. 5) If you receive from us the correct product that you have ordered, then the item will not be exchanged or refunded on any pretext. 6) Perishable items will not be exchanged or refunded. 7) Return policy will include the same value of the item you have purchased. No additional benefits will be included in the return policy in respect of benefits or income from the item you purchased. We are also not responsible for any additional benefits you may have received. 8) If you want exchange or refund for the item you have purchased, you will need to send the item to the address we have mentioned. Once we receive the goods back, we will check and make sure that you are notified. If the goods are damaged or damaged on return, you will not receive a refund.
